Unique housing south of town that consists of twelve cottages.

2245 Brew Bay Road

Located south of town on Brew Bay road, this development consists of eleven small, one-story, 2-bedroom cottages, which were built in the 1950’s.  Each has a small porch, a private yard and parking near the door. There is no wheelchair access. The land and buildings are owned directly by the Society. The majority of tenants are long-term and most are single individuals.

Brew Bay cottages are operated directly by Life Cycle, without benefit of support from outside agencies.  If you live here and need help paying the rent, you may be eligible for assistance from one of BC Housing’s rental assistance programs. These subsidies are based on annual proof of income and are paid directly to the tenant (not the landlord). You are not eligible for either program if you live in subsidized housing or if you receive income assistance. If you are eligible, we can help with the application form.
