We offer one, two and 3 bedroom units for working families, persons with disabilities and seniors at 3 locations

  • 4949 Ontario Avenue ( Westview) - 31 Units

  • 6647 Cranberry Place (Cranberry) - 24 Units

  • 2245 Brew Bay (qathet South) - 11 Units

Rents are generally 10% below market.

BC Housing provides rent subsidies to a certain portion of our tenants, based on proof of household assets and income.  Tenants eligible for these subsidies will pay rents that are no more than 35% of their household income.  

The Society does NOT provide support services.

Directors interview all applicants and units are offered on the basis of eligibility, income and need, with preference given to local residents.
