Where do you want to live?

Willing to live at any of our 3 properties?

Submit an application to the BC Housing Registry.  ALL applicants must use this application form, and this includes both tenants needing rent subsidies and tenants who can afford market rents.

Life Cycle does not maintain a local wait list.  Vacancies are advertised on our website and applicants are selected from the Housing Registry (vacancies)

Vacancies are rare, but when they occur, applicants are selected for interview from the Housing Registry’s wait list on the basis of seniority.  So, if you’d like to live with us and even if we aren’t advertising a vacancy, then it’s in your interest  to submit an application to the Registry right away.

Application forms are available here:

The Housing Registry keeps your application on file for only 6 months so it is in your interest to ensure that this application is up-to-date.

Interested in Brew Bay only?

Please pick up a paper copy of the application form from the wall outside our office and submit by mail to our office.

Interview and selection process

Applicants are selected for interviews based on length of time on the wait list, need, suitability for the vacant unit and ability to pay.  All interviews are conducted in the applicant’s home by two members of Life Cycle’s board of directors.

Following interviews, the Society may select a tenant. In making this decision, we consider eligibility (Do you qualify), favourable reference checks and required proof of income.
